total asset of nearly RMB 90 billion, administers 3 directly affiliated factories and more than 60 holding enterprises and possesses more than 30,000 employees. In May 2011, Tongkun Stock (601233) was

successfully launched onto the capital market, and then the Company became the first enterprise that was listed onto the mainboard since the share reform in Jiaxing City.

The Company currently can process 10 million tons of crude oil, 10.2 million tons of PTA, 10 million tons of polymers and 10.5 million tons of PFY annually. The leading product of the Company is "GOLDEN

COCK" brand and "Tongkun" brand PFY and PET chips. PFY includes six series of more than 1,000 types of products such as POY, FDY, DTY, composite filament, combined filament, medium-strong filament, etc. PET chips include super bright chips, semi-dull chips, positive ion chips, etc. "Tongkun" products have been very popular at home and have been sold to more than 60 countries and regions like South

America, Europe, the Middle East, South Africa, South Korea, Vietname, etc. Tongkun products are very popular at home and abroad. The global market share is about 14%, and the domestic market share is about 22%.
