Technical data
1.Vist Insp (25° C): Light yellow transparent liquid
2.PH value (1% aqueous solution): 6.0-9.0
3.Active ingredient: 90.0 ± 2.0%
4.Ionic type: anionic/nonionic
Instructions
Make this oil agent into a 10-20% emulsion, and use the nozzle oiling method to oil the yarn in the spinning process. Recommended oil content: 0.8〜1.2%.
Emulsion formulation
1.In the fully stirred deionized water, add 300-500PPM preservatives and stir evenly for 10-20 minutes
2. Slowly add FDY oil while stirring, and continue stirring for 30-60 minutes after the oil is completely dissolved.
3. Recommended temperature conditions: oil temperature 20-30° C, water temperature 25-30° C:
Allowable temperature conditions: oil temperature 20-40° C，water temperature 20-40° C.
4.Water quality:recommended below 2μs/cm, allowable below 10 μs/cm.
Packaging and Storage
200KG iron/plastic drum, 50KG plastic drum, IBC, flexi bag, tank car.
It is transported as non-toxic and non-dangerous goods, and the storage period is two years.
