On November 7, Tao Chen, Director of the first tax branch of Jiaxing Tax Bureau, Yu Li, director of the first tax branch of Huzhou Tax Bureau, accompanied by Wang Yunfei, deputy director of Tongxiang Tax Bureau and other leaders, visited Tongkun for research, and Fei Miaoqi, financial director of the Group company, warmly received and accompanied the discussion.

At the meeting, Mr. Fei reported in detail the implementation of corporate connected transactions from 2022 to 2023 and proposed the willingness to renew the prior ruling on tax-related matters of connected transactions. The relevant personnel of the first Branch of Jiaxing Tax Bureau reported on the tax compliance of Tongkun and the development of the pre-ruling work. After listening to the report, the leaders at the meeting negotiated on the relevant content and basically reached a consensus.
It is understood that as early as 2017, under the leadership of the former Jiaxing National Tax Bureau, the four bureaus (the former Jiaxing National Tax and Local Taxation Bureau, the former Huzhou National Tax and Local Taxation Bureau) jointly ruled on tax-related matters in the group's 2017 cross-linked transactions. The ruling across the two Jiaxing Huzhou, by the Jiaxing and Huzhou tax departments jointly carried out, is the first in the province. In 2021, for the first time, the Group signed a memorandum of advance adjudication of large enterprises with the Zhejiang Provincial Tax Bureau and the Jiangsu Provincial Tax Bureau, achieving the first inter-provincial adjudication in the Yangtze River Delta region after the regional integration of the Yangtze River Delta.
After the meeting, the leaders of the party visited the "Impression Tong Kun" exhibition hall.
