Chen Shiliang, Chairman of Tongkun Holdings Group, warmly received and accompanied the discussion. Sun Ruijun, Deputy Secretary of the Yulin Municipal Party Committee and Executive Vice Mayor, as well as leaders from relevant departments and Chen Xuehua, Chairman of Huayou Holdings Group, accompanied the research.
At the symposium, Chairman Chen welcomed the visit of Secretary Wang and his delegation, and introduced the development and struggle history of Tongkun, which has achieved seven leaps through wind and rain since its establishment in 1981. Chen Dong pointed out that Guangxi is the "bridgehead" of China's economic and trade exchanges and cooperation with ASEAN, and also an important strategic deployment point for Tongkun to expand the new materials and new energy industry. The group will continue to adhere to the development principle of following the national strategy, government planning, and market demand, seeking a broader development path, and looking forward to the opportunity to jointly contribute Tongkun's strength to the construction of an open regional economy in the country in the future.
Secretary Wang expressed that Tongkun's perseverance, daring, and hard work in the process of more than 40 years of struggle against the trend are admirable, especially the strategic vision and courage of the enterprise to seize opportunities and utilize market integration to strengthen itself in crisis, which fully demonstrates the charm of Zhejiang merchants. Secretary Wang introduced the advantages of Yulin City in resource industries and emphasized that more excellent enterprises are welcome to settle and take root in the local area. The Municipal Party Committee and Government will make every effort to optimize the business environment, so that enterprises can truly feel the "strength" and "temperature" of the government's services for economic development.
