1. This product is soluble in water, non- -ionic in alkaline or neutral medium, and cationic in acidic medium, with excellent uniform dyeing and diffusion performance. 2. It is mainly used as a leveling agent for acid metal complex dyes, which can reduce the amount of sulfuric acid in the dyeing bath, reduce the strong damage to the fabric, and can also be used as a neutral dye and vat dye leveling agent. It effectively controls the transient dye loading rate and dye drift, and facilitates rapid staining at high temperatures. 3. As a leveling agent in wool, hemp, silk and synthetic fiber, increasing the concentration is an good stripping agent. As a stripping agent for wool and nylon fabrics, it is used for wool stripping and uniform dyeing and finishing, which can improve the Vist Insp of the fabric, and improve the abrasion resistance of the fabric in the dyeing and printing of ice dyeing 4. In the production of viscose fiber cord, it is used as an additive to improve the strength of the cord, improve the filterability and processing technology of the viscose, improve the monofilament strength of the cord, and reduce the exchange rate of the spinning nozzle by about 20~40% compared with the original. 5. Used as an emulsifier, antistatic agent and dispersant in textiles. |
