For POY production.

Technical data

1.Vist Insp (25° C): Colorless or light yellow transparent liquid

2.PH Value(1% aqueous solution):5-7.5

3.90.0 ± 2.0% Active ingredients (%): 90.0 ± 2.0%

4.Ionic type: anionic/nonionic

Instructions

Make this oil agent into a 10-15% emulsion, and use the nozzle oiling method to oil the yarn in the spinning process. Recommended oil content: 0.3-0.4%.

Emulsion formulation

1.In the fully stirred deionized water, add 300-500PPM preservative, and stir evenly for 10-20 minutes.

2.Slowly add POY oil while stirring, and continue stirring for 30-60 minutes after the oil is completely dissolved.

3.Recommended temperature conditions: oil temperature 20-30° C, water temperature 25-30° C;

Allowable temperature conditions: oil temperature 20-40° C,， water temperature 20-40° C.

4. Water quality: recommended below 2 μ s/cm，below 10 μ s/cm acceptable

Packaing and storage

200KG iron/plastic drum, 50KG plastic drum, IBC, flexi bag, tank car.

It is transported as non-toxic and non-dangerous goods, and stored indoors around 20-30° C. First come first use.The storage period does not exceed two years.

Oil properties 1. Good emulsification, easy to remove completely in subsequent refining and bleaching process. 2. The DTY oil has low viscosity and temperature, strong permeability.uniform and stable oiling, and ensures good collection property. 3. Good antistatic property, ensuring the smooth progress of texturing andweaving processes. 4. Strong adhesion.

Emulsifier AEO Series

Performance and Application 1. AEO-3, AEO-4, and AEO-5 are easily soluble in oil and polar solvents, diffuse in water, have good emulsifying properties, and can be used as w/o emulsifiers used for mineral oil and aliphatic solvents. The emulsification of polyvinyl chloride plastisol, the viscosity reducer of polyvinyl chloride plastisol, is widely used in chemical fiber oils, AEO-3 is the main raw material for the production of AES, and AEO-4 can be used as an emulsifier for silicone and hydrocarbons, and dry cleaning agents.
